Guiding Principles
Over the years, SBSI has developed several guiding principles that have had
major positive impacts on our clients and the way we do business. Each
guiding principle is designed to promote maximum good will and benefit to our
clients and our employees so that an open, honest, and trusting relationship can
exist. These guiding principles are based on best commercial
practices. We share these guiding principles with you at this time so that
you may be assured that SBSI is working for the best interests of the collective
“we".
- All content supplied by the Client is and remains the property
of the Client and will be returned upon completion of the project or
when requested by the Client.
- All software developed by SBSI for support of our clients and undertaken
at SBSI expense will be solely owned by SBSI. The Client is
responsible for safeguarding all access codes given to them by
SBSI. This applies to access codes provided for internal SBSI servers as
well as those provided for Client information and wizards that reside on
the Client's public Internet site.
- SBSI will notify the Client when we are within 85% of our
prearranged cost ceilings and will not exceed these cost ceilings without
consultation with the Client.
